Ascendion is the best place to understand work-life balance and actually respects work from anywhere mode. Ascendion is growing at a fast pace, so there are many opportunities. Ascendion provides regular communications, listen to and consider new ideas and continually encouraging people both personally & professionally. creative solutions allow you to shine as an employee.

Cons

Ascendion to come up with contributing more to trainings. This doesn’t just mean internal training. It also means outside professional development & training sessions, Conferences etc so one can learn new skills.
