      Pros

      Management side very supportive My managers and my senior managers were listening and supporting my work. Selected clients with wide and latest technology stack

      Cons

      Worst in the HR side. They know the policies very well. Apart from that if any issues come they will simply put the blame on the employee. We need to struggle a lot to make them understand that the issue is their side then only they will fix it. Company is growing in the right direction and accessibility of policies and applications are on the way.. we understood that but they will treat the employee like "employee doesn't know anything only HR knows everything. And employees are irresponsible".
