Unethical, Blame Shifting, wall building, slowly going out of business mess

Pros

not many. Most of the staff are great folks working hard for nothing or limited money. Stay because of our location in relation to family. Hard to find real IT work in Ohio.

Cons

Poor pay, extremely poor pay Every executive has luxury cars, all staff have vehicles. Some with ducttape holding them together Lies, lies, lies Inflation of numbers, staff counts, partnerships, and clients to lead new potential clients on until a contract they cannot support is signed borderline illegal activies state they are for employees but bottom line is the only thing cared for nobody is smart only those in CEO roles have brains Not fun going into the office

Pros

Can't think of a single, good reason to work there. Lots of empty promises for promotion, salary increases during interview that never materialized. No one knew what they were doing nor did they have any training in place for new employees. I had hoped for some ground-floor experience but was sorely disappointed. Competant leadership/appreciation from upper management was non-existent. Lower management was beyond adequate but overworked/underpaid so little time to assist or lead by example. Daily complaints among employees disappointed and disgruntled due to low wages and excess hours.

Cons

Guess I've already shared the cons. This place is a revolving door that destroys morale. Run as quickly as you can...far, far away.
