      Pros

      Many great people who are interested in developing new employees who show promise. Many opportunities to be a part of change thanks to Healthcare legislation. Great for young people who want to travel and have high level exposure early in their career.

      Cons

      High level supply chain is filling with former big name consultants who are politicizing the corporate culture and adopting "work to employees to death" policies.

      Great work life balance. Low stress and flexible work place. Many long term prospects for those looking to stay put for a while. Very good benefits!

      Cons

      Doesn't spend much on training. In transition with many processes and policies. Some times morale can get quite low.
