Pros
Providence stays true with its mission, serving the underserved populations in Washington DC. Many opportunities to get moved up if you hang on for a few more years.
Cons
Not the most up-to-date/ organized/structured hospital definitely. A lot of the older doctors at this hospital think they are God/Jesus and pay little attention to other disciplines. Due to lack of resources, I had learned to do everything by myself, which I can say is a CON for me personally.
