      great to build your own schedule and work at your own pace

      Cons

      not sufficient training and not much guidance. Sink or swim mentality but lead to believe it's a team atmosphere. Not much diversity.

      Needs to catch up with rest of hospital organizations

      insurance coverage is reasonable and accepted by my providers, pay is reasonable

      Cons

      religious (prayer to start every meeting), unorganized, lacking up-to-date technology (still using paper charts in some locations), using old software for medical records, PTO is front-loaded rather than accrued over time
