Pros

Good communication between different job roles and inter-department relations. It is difficult to come up with the word minimum here.

Cons

Corporate has turned healthcare into an industrialized concept that removes joy and satisfaction from preforming the job. They forgot how to provide a satisfactory environment to work in.

no bonus, no raises "unless you meet specifications", no payroll deducts on items, like café, pharmacy, no PTO cash out. It's like you have worked for nothing and starting all over again. under paid, being outsource with no information, not knowing if you have a job or what is in that job they will offer,
