      Pros

      Remote work opportunity, that's it.

      Cons

      0 respect for employees. Horrible pay. 0 communication. Merit based raises of 20 cents a year. People refuse to work and management refuses to discipline them. Put more responsibility on a few workers instead of holding everyone to the same standards.

      Pros

      This has been a great first month. I am coming to Ascensus from a different industry, so I have a lot to learn. I have had an amazingly helpful and supportive trainer. My team leader has been very encouraging and readily available when I needed her. My questions have all been addressed by HR very promptly to help me through the process of setting up my benefits and switch my family's health insurance.

      Cons

      The hiring process was long, but I think that is normal for a larger company during their busy season.
