No support from management

Pros

My team worked so hard despite the revolving door and high work load.

Cons

Upper management didn't provide support, they were too busy making friendships. Turn over was high and training was awful. Handing an employee a binder is not sufficient.

Pros

Great product, excellent internal & external systems. Far and above any competition. Has great desire to win new business within one industry only which is the downfall of the company.

Cons

Management does not stand accountable for anything. Will look the other way especially with the recent scandals with celebs that are going on around the country. They don't like people that have ideas as they want everyone to fall in line with being a "yes" person, so any good ideas you might have, don't bother bringing them up because managers don't want to hear about them. Managers only care about themselves and will sell you out in a second by putting the blame on you when it is not your fault and it is the managers fault. Don't believe they hire from within in the sense you could move up the corporate ladder. If you are a "yes" person, then you will move up, but only to a certain degree. Forget about any flexibility with management. They don't like when you need to take time off even when you have it available. Management vision is so tunneled they cannot even see the benefits of how the type of business they do can open up more revenue streams and turn them into the next big FinTech financial services company because they have no vision. That is the same with their parent company, Ascensus. When I first started the benefits were very good even when things were getting bad in the economy, but slowly were eroded away even when the economy was getting great again. Pay is only good when you have longevity, otherwise, it is mediocre to average as it could be much better for the industry they are in.
