      Pros

      Remote work! Great benefits! Innovative processes! Always looking for ways to improve relationships with our clients while also building a stronger internal work community. Even working remotely through various teams, you are able to build relationships with team members across the nation!

      Cons

      Change! If you can call that a con. Change is necessary for improvement so it’s not a great example here. Can’t think of any ‘cons’ except perhaps the long hours around specific deadlines during the year. But through some CHANGES those have become less harsh.

      Pros

      Ascensus truly cares about your career wellbeing. They not only have you train for 3-4 weeks before going on the floor, but they also support you going up in the company and offer resources to further your career. Amazing benefits, great people, and great hours!

      Cons

      I really honestly can't think of any cons! I just wish there was more opportunity for overtime, however I know that will come in the busy seasons!

      Pros

      Ascensus values their associates and it's evident from day 1. They have a formal training program that brings together all new hires and the coaches are very thorough.

      Cons

      The 401k match is not the greatest and could be improved.
