Lots of change, mostly due to acquisitions. Systems always improving, but can be a lot to handle. The future looks bright, the near term is a bit tough.

Customer service has a disproportionate amount of work that should be delegated to internal teams, difficulties with internal teams being unsupportive/inaccurate, due to the nature of the industry questions rarely have a black and white correct answer which makes the job difficult, over time is often required for annual events such as ADP testing and 5500 filing. While you have quite a bit of PTO, actually taking it is incredibly stressful on the individual and teammates, resulting in "PTO" being used as "catch up days" where people still log on to catch up in their work so they don't waste the PTO.
