The onboarding process was very well thought out, to enable a smooth transition. The current environment with everyone remote presents special challenges for businesses, but they were barely a blip on the radar screen in this case. One of the Core Values here is "People Matter". This is readily apparent throughout each experience. Other staff members are eager to help and training for new employees is robust. Overall a great experience thus far.
