Pros

I am new to the Ascensus team through the acquisition of Newport. So far Ascensus seems to live up to their billing of employees first. While their product is in a narrower box than I am used to, they are attempting to make retirement administration affordable to more employers. As we move through integration, my doubts are settling down as I see the reasoning behind decisions being made. No complaints yet.

Cons

So far, I have no complaints other than wishing integration could occur faster, but there are so many moving parts it is simply a matter of patience.
