Pros

The onboarding process was fairly easy. A good amount of studying may be needed depending on department. Work remote, benefits are pretty good.

Cons

new policies will just be forced through, to the determent of both the employee's mental health and connivence. you will not get time between calls. It will be call after call and you are expected to do other side work while working the calls.

Do not except to be promoted from this position Your job to explain sometimes complicated and daunting concepts to the literal bottom of the barrel IQ people Will get yelled at by callers on occasion Call center job what you expect?

Wonderful teams and leaders, flexible with schedule and life circumstances, good pay, and overall a great job and amazing job in this tier of work and pay.

Cons

Remote and training can be great or mediocre depending on your department leading to different levels of performance.
