Pros

People are fake. Better than mean people. The logo looks good. Part of the rebranding to mask the company's real issues.

Cons

Benefits are lackluster and getting worse. Part of the budget cuts. Don't get sick unless you can afford it or have something better. The office culture is nonexistent. Eye contact is frowned upon. Don't ask questions. Promotions only happen if someone leaves and even that takes time. No upward track for career growth. Get in and get out. No training. Either you know it or you don't. No diversity. Don't plan on conversations beyond the weather. Bonuses are reserved for certain people, usually upper management. Poor business structure. Rushed projects are layered onto poorly planned projects. No work/life balance. Don't expect a 9-5 work week unless you plan on leaving early and having your coworkers hate you or talk behind your back.

Business model failure

Business Outlook

Pros

Decent reputation and product diversity

Cons

Failed business model. Constant layoffs as soon as the numbers dip. And the first dip to suffer are the people. They do not measure success by the way they touch the lives of their people. They claim to care, but do not. The primary responsibility of the ceo should be to have a business model where employees feel safe, where they can raise a family, own a home. Layoffs mean your business model failed, you let people down. Too many layoffs. Steer clear

Poor Management

Pros

You’ll get plenty of exposure to legacy systems and outdated processes — great if you're into digital archaeology. If you like being constantly busy, there’s never a dull moment. Some colleagues are great — camaraderie with fellow developers is often the only thing keeping morale alive. Work-from-home or hybrid options might be available

Cons

Not a suitable workplace for developers who value thoughtful leadership, clarity, or being treated like a human being. Management lacks direction and frequently changes priorities without warning. There is little to no transparency regarding goals, vision, or long-term planning. Developers are treated like machines — expected to over deliver nonstop without proper support or context. Clear disconnect between leadership and the teams actually doing the work. Feedback is routinely ignored; decisions are made in silos without involving those affected. The culture discourages collaboration and growth, leading instead to burnout and confusion and buggy codes and ton of tickets. Without major changes in leadership and company values, this is not a company tech professionals should consider for long-term career growth or a healthy work environment.
