      Pros

      The people are nice to work with. Innovation is encouraged. Everyone has the freedom to try new things and implement if it’s found to be useful. You get 19 paid time off days after the first year which is pretty great. You get to work from home once per week and that’s convenient. The 401k program and medical benefits are decent enough

      Cons

      Some processes used to get things done feel redundant and these get in the way when something has to delivered quickly

      Pros

      A growing company with opportunities for advancement as long as you are willing to do your part and put in the effort. They are always looking for ways to boost the satisfaction of both their external and internal clients. Technology upgrades and improvements have recently been made and will continue to be a main focus. The company offers paid holidays, ample vacation time, 401k and HSA contributions, benefits and paid time to volunteer in the community. The noble cause and core values mean something to this company and everyone who works here.

      Cons

      I truly have no cons to speak of. Things aren’t always perfect, nor will it be anywhere, but there has not been a single moment in my career with the company where I wished I was working somewhere else.
