      Pros

      Company is transitioning from old processes/technologies. There are lots of opportunities to make better solutions and products. There are several talented developers on staff that are fun to work with.

      Cons

      The business side of the house has little trust in the Dev teams. The business talks in terms of the legacy system rather than the domain which makes the change much harder than it should be.

      Pros

      What I like the most are the people I work with every day and the willingness of the company to reinvent itself and improve. Agile scrum methodology is embraced both from bottom up and top down; management and business is working together with IT to make it a success. Good work/life balance and benefits.

      Cons

      Sometimes it seems that we are moving too slow toward our goals, we need to focus on the most important things for our company.
