Lets be clear, according to govt figures, the inflation rate in the past several years is around 3%. You are, in essence, being rewarded for superior work performance by being given a cost of living adjustment. In addition, the benefits aren't anything to brag about. One or two local places accept the vision insurance, and the 401k plan is kind of a joke, considering its a 401k company.

Health Insurance. High deductible is very high, but this may just be the way health insurance is going. First $2,500 of health costs is totally out of pocket.
