Remember, the starting pay here absolutely sucks. So you can bust your butt for an entire year, add tremendous value to the company and their reward to you will be a 3-4% pay increase. Lets be clear, according to govt figures, the inflation rate in the past several years is around 3%. You are, in essence, being rewarded for superior work performance by being given a cost of living adjustment. In addition, the benefits aren't anything to brag about. One or two local places accept the vision insurance, and the 401k plan is kind of a joke, considering its a 401k company.
