Pros

The company as a whole does it's best to create good culture. I could tell that the company really cares about people. Lots of employee engagements, great PTO, they even have a way to purchase more PTO, great opportunity for personal development by providing lots of online self-paced learning courses. The CEO is awesome! Very genuine individual with a heart for the people.

Cons

The management is horrible between. KC and Newton locations. They are like cancers. They cause 97% of the problems here. They are lazy people who sit in their offices and gossip all day while putting the burden of their workloads on other employees. The moment something goes wrong, no one takes ownership and finds anyone they consider of lesser value to blame for their negligence. Absolutely no room for growth whatsoever but yet they feed the lies of growth to new hires and temps. There is no difference between some highly valuable seasoned employees pay than temporary employee pay. Beware you job description is "do whatever I tell you to do when I tell you to do it" oh, and it depends on their mood for that day. People do not matter in Kansas City and in Newton. HR, you can forget about it. Management buddy up with HR to stay in control of what's being said and reported and in most cases it cost you your job no matter who's to blame.

Pros

There are few. The benefits are fairly good.

Cons

Micromanagement, unrealistic expectations and work load. High turnover. Micromangement reigns. Departments work against each other. If you want to be successful, then don't work here.

Pros

None I can think of

Cons

High stress, low pay, decreasing benefits annually. For having "People Matter" as part of their core values, they seem to have forgotten that employees are also people. If you are in with the right clique and are not below backstabbing to get ahead, you can be promoted.
