Pros

Remote Work Flexibility: The option to work from home is a significant advantage if you live further away from the office, allowing for some degree of flexibility. Job Security: There’s enough work and no immediate sight of layoffs, providing a sense of job stability. Company Growth: The company is expanding, which could present future opportunities. Perks: Some additional perks are offered, such as health benefits and occasional team events, which can enhance the overall experience.

Cons

Poor Work-Life Balance: There is a strong lack of respect for personal time, leading to burnout. Unrealistic Deadlines: The workload often feels unmanageable, with expectations that are not aligned with the resources provided. Lack of Recognition: Hard work often goes unnoticed, with minimal opportunities for promotions or bonuses. Demoralizing Environment: The overall atmosphere can feel discouraging due to the high demands and low appreciation.

Pros

Great benefits such as upfront vacation pay

Cons

They are acquiring companies every year and growing so there are constant changes to everything. They’re getting so big that we have to refer to “procedures” that are updated on an internal site. It’s nice that we can defer to how procedures work, but it’s crazy knowing that procedures are constantly changing and we can’t keep up. Managers are trying to keep up as well but it’s like the blind leading the blind sometimes. Basically they’ve become one of those big companies buying out all the little guys and now realizing what a big mess and huge responsibility it is to unify everyone. And maybe like all big companies, they have now become obsessed with numbers and literally micromanaging their employees to have these “good” numbers to show. If this is the corporate life of employees, I don’t think I’ll be here much longer. A lot of turn overs because it just keeps getting worse not better. They want their numbers up, want their clients to give great feedback, but they really do not care to go out of their way for clients. Everything is so strict, micro managed and I know it’s not just the employees leaving. It’s the clients too.

No pros aside from PTO

Cons

Management Salary Review practices focus on making the employee look as bad as possible in order to fit salary increases into a pre set budget rather than how the employee actually performs their job
