      micro managers, managers making regular employees glorified supervisors, and managers who play favorites sending you home when you're not feeling great and letting their favorites stay and work when those people are sick sick and get you and everyone around them sick ...... letting them talk disrespectfully to customers on the phone and there's no discipline for this....

      Pros

      Have any of the people complaining ever worked a real job before?? I’m getting paid double my state’s minimum wage to sit in my comfy chair at home and answer the occasional phone call. Benefits are solid, get TONS of PTO, work is easy, and every single person I’ve ever interacted with at the office is friendly.

      Cons

      The training is very dry and slow... If you don’t know anything about the kind of benefit accounts you’ll be working with, you may feel lost at first. Other than that? Not a whole lot. I’m working in a call center. Sometimes it’s really busy and not super fun. Sometimes you get yelled at by a client who wants to blame you for their screw-up. There’s not a ton of flexibility in taking your PTO because managers have to make sure the phones are staffed correctly. But there’s no cold-calling, plenty of downtime, and the work is not too difficult.

      Cons

      To much work no pay raise , 15.00 isn’t enough for this job. They train you and shove so much down your throat and they don’t compensate you. We don’t get any breaks and we are forbidden to talk while in the building.
