Expect you to learn a lot in a short time and then will terminate you without notice simply because they "feel" you're not prepared. Turnover is high - they'll likely bring someone in to replace you while you're still there. Very poor upper management - don't care about their employees. Not a great company environment either - don't expect to make close friends (probably because everyone else hates their job too). Such a relief to be gone from that place!
