      Remote work with lots of flexibility. Consistent raises and annual bonuses. No micromanaging.

      No growth potential. The job satisfaction is totally dependent on the manager you have.

      Remote work and a steady paycheck

      Cons

      Pitiful job duties. Job is really meant for 3 people. Answer non stop calls plus answer non stop emails all within unrealistic times. Monitor 6 different systems for non stop responsibilities. Only can take a break if you basically ask for a break. Expect to work 10 hour days just to meet expectations.
