      Pay and paid time off.

      Cons

      Management does not live up to the core values of Ascensus. After reading mixed reviews I decided to accept a position at Ascensus. I was there for a short period of time and the turnover rate was extremely high. It is hard to be successful in a company when management does not know what they are doing. There is a lot of disconnect within the organization. You are constantly seeing issues, yet never celebrating successes. Just an overall unprofessional work environment.

      I work in Client Services. I feel that there aren't enough minorities and I sometimes feel discriminated against.

      Work from home 2 days a week, paid time off purchase, college savings and 401K match, frequent one on one meetings.

      Cons

      Lack of communication Favoritism Discrimination Disorganized They make employees take a lot of responsibilty that a manager should have.

      Vanguard Dumping Ground!

      PTO..Most of the employees are very nice. The company is growing and bringing on new partners .

      Cons

      A copy paste manual nightmare every single day? The technology cannot handle the old workload and now Vanguard is dumping small plans they make no money on to Ascensus. They should call it Senseless not Ascensus? The managers label you as one of them or not? If not.one of them.... your treated like your one of there kids..Yeah there integrating the new technology which is coming in few years? Yep? The pay is way to low for the amount of daily stress. The record keeping product is not something you want to hang your career on. Not if it's name is Ascensus!
