Ascensus is very focused on quality and automating processes. Within IT, they are using the latest Technologies focused on quality solutions with automated Test Driven in all aspects of continuous deployment. The Teams are growing and focus on doing things right is so important. Continuous learning is also given a priority.
Cons
Ascensus is growing and with that brings both challenges and opportunities. Being able to quickly deliver a product/solution to market is critical so delivering small incremental updates must be given priority over delivering a larger solution.
