Ascensus reviews

- No direct in-office management/HR due to everyone working remotely, with the exception of a few, which allows toxic employees to run rampant in the workplace. - No designated trainer or clear explanation of new-hire training process/timeframe - No leadership to keep people on task

I believe Ascensus means well, however, they have overlooked their tenured employees. The wage gap is prevalent in the organization as well as the notion that they promote within for leadership positions. The workload expectations are unachievable to maintain a work/home life balance.
