      Pros

      The best environment to be around, not like other offices where everyone is in competition to be better. Everyone just helps each other out and management is very caring. Also, you get hotel discounts which are great for vacations!

      If there are any cons, as an office we will talk about it and it gets resolved.

      Competitve salary, treated like family and my opinions are heard. This company trust you to do your job and does not micromanage.

      With fast growth comes a few challenges due to the current labor market after Covid.

      No work-life balance, cleaning after grown adults, no customer support to guide complaints, too much drama for a small company
