      Pros

      Owner really cares about associates and their families. Growing company with many career opportunities. Great company to be with and I enjoy being a part of this growing team.

      Cons

      There are ups and downs in any business, if we all be truthful, but it's all about having a solution for the problem once it arises. That's life.

      Pros

      If you smoke dope and have a felony...or have committed all types of crime and can't find a job anywhere else this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Salaried employees are treated terrible... will pay the minimum of what the law allows... but want you to work 50-60 hours a week... that's to cut down on other employees pay... no benefits. . No holiday... no overtime. .. you get a check and that's about it... no direct deposit either!

      Managers look over your shoulder every hour. Difficult to grow and enjoy work. Makes employees stress.

      Pros

      North side of Atlanta. A job, better than being unemployed. Holidays are paid.

      Cons

      Managers are brutal, watch with eyes that criticize even a "Good Morning" greeting......No time off with pay, PTO. Work atmosphere is more, more, more and MORE. Never happy, never enough. Uncomfortable.
