Don't expect to be treated like they care about you.... They will lie and cheat to cover themselves... Worked for them 2 years, relocating, then I leave, due to supervisors creating bad work environment, they choose not to pay me what I'm owed... Don't trust them....
The company has great advancements, the pay is ok but they have alot to work on.
Cons
The company doesn't offer great benefits, the insurance is too high. They are about numbers they don't like to spend money but instead cut corners ,running employees away because of upper management. The company expects to much with very little support from upper management. No 401k but instead brags about how much money they spent building properties. It's all about numbers with this company. Also very high turnovers because of the lack of training when new properties are opened.
