Decent pay, decent co workers.

Cons

Dangerous environment. Rather than fix problems the company blames employees for the dangerous work environment. Company experienced a hostile takeover due to cheating the employees on their stock ownership.

I have worked in material dispatch for over 20 years. Good company until we got bought out by CRH. But it’s still ok.

People are great. My direct management team is very good to work for.

Cons

Seems like since the take over, the right hand doesn’t know what the left is doing. There is no follow through with the changes they are putting in place. I’m sure it will all work out eventually.
