Absolutely nothing. There are no redeeming values for this company.

Cons

I've been in retail furniture for 35 years and this is the worst company I have ever been involved with. The product is by far the cheapest crap I have ever had to sell. Customer complaints are in the 10s of thousands. The Owners have no clue what they are doing and treat their employees horribly.

Company is growing leaps and bounds.. a lot of opportunity to take on new challenges. if your young and full of enthusiasm. .go for it.. they will crush it out of you soon enough

Cons

During the exit interview i showed HR the emails threatening me, my job (most for things outside my control) and the overall aggressiveness. the response was you are right" we are aware". This is the way the CEO wants it.. This company will promote with no compensation. Drive you till you drop and walk over your body. NO compassion, not interested in people or your personal time.
