Pros

Coworkers are nice, but they're all leaving so don't get attached to them.

Cons

Gosh, where to begin? This place was, hands down, the worst experience at a company that I had ever experienced in working over 30 years. DO NOT fall for the lies to get you in the door. Here's something they won't lie about, the hours are 8:30-5:30. If you're late - naughty list! But they do expect you to work late when working on high profile projects or to meet deadlines - but there is no give and take. Just take. It is disorganized to say the least and run by misogynistic jerks. There's 2 women in leadership positions and I think they're both related to the billionaire owners. The owners don't care about you, and nor does your boss. They will bleed you dry, then chew you up and spit you out and you'll be a shell of your former self. Save yourself the hassle, the bs, the lies, and the blip on your resume and find another job --- there are plenty more in this area.

Pros

Furniture discount is the only good thing about this poorly run and mismanaged company. The office building is nice but no one enjoys it, atmosphere is like a prison.

Cons

They are awful. They run corporate like a manufacturing line. Salaried people work mandatory 45 hour IN OFFICE weeks. But add on the nights and weekends they call you with something urgent... it's easily 50-60 hour weeks. They did an employee engagement survey... themselves. They didn't even contract a reputable company. The questions were so biased and one sided it was useless. They also lie lie lie. Everything promised to me during interview never happened. Pay was changed, hours changed, Sunday's became mandatory and my title changed 4 times. They believe IT work should be done 8-5. They have no controls or checks and balances on data integrity and testing or financials. They're lucky they aren't public or the SEC would slam them.

Pros

The game room was nice

Cons

Senior management is completely to blame for the terrible culture of that company. Nepotism, favoritism regardless of skill. A higher - ups door has a sign on it that says Stay Calm, but know that We Are Always Watching You. That is not a joke, it's on the door for everyone to see. That is the mentality. This same executive hired his wife as a contractor and within eight months got her hired on as an employee and promoted her to an executive position. The senior staff all know about it and nobody does anything. The CEO is at fault for allowing this to happen. The stories about people leaving by the masses are all true. They are constantly hiring because they cannot keep people after they get into the organization and see how things are run. They promise you training and advancement, but it's all a lie. You end up working on a team with no support and not enough team members, you are setup to fail from day one. The senior staff all praise each other every time code gets put out the door like they did anything other than sit around and watch. Morale is always low. You will never be given the opportunity to express your ideas and make things better. They do not pay the average in the Tampa Bay area, and they are constantly surprised when people leave for higher paying jobs.
