Unbearable amount of pressure, the company intentionally keeps a high level of pressure on the sales force creating an environment of un-ease at all times.

Pros

The compensation was the best thing about this job for me.

Cons

The one big negative for this job was the management. My line manager just didn't know what he was doing he just got thrown onto my line and ran it badly. then there's the supervisors I didn't have a problem with any of them except one and unfortunately he had the most clout. This guy just didn't know what was going on on the production floor and would constantly roll new policies into effect that were only there to serve Corporate instead of the workers on the floor.

Clean neat place to work. Required training to help improve customer service.Five day work week. Flexible work schedule if needed.

Cons

Wages could be higher. Scheduled work load sometimes is overloaded.Lots of goals and requirements to meet when dealing with customers.
