Pros

Salary was ok Some managers are supportive and recognize talent but most don't

Cons

No onboarding New employees are expected to have a crystal ball Crappy working conditions ... old offices in warehouses with lots of stairs No coaching, mentoring Some managers are more interested in friendships and listen to lies from employees
