Ahh the woes of Labor Board complaints!

Pros

None. There was no improvement in the 2 years I was there.

Cons

Most of the cons are geared around management and the way they handle the employees. There were countless times that the management team made decisions for their employees, only to inform them of the outcome after the discussions. The wages were poor and the compensation was terrible. Process and procedures were continually bent to accommodate those that whined and complained the most.
