Pros
Aspect used to be a good place and still has decent benefits - good insurance and decent PTO time.
Cons
There is virtually no chance for advancement from within. Management is only interested in who flatters them the most, not in who does their job well, and there were several times when management was blatantly dishonest with me. Senior Management would suddenly announce there would be no raises, bonuses or 401K matches for the year & this happened fairly frequently. Layoffs were very frequent, despite Aspect buying so many other companies and despite the bloated compensation for upper management who flaunted their expensive new cars in front of underpaid employees. I could go on and on.
