Technology comparable to others on the market Good potential

Cons

All the potential is let down by poor leadership in this region and from a global perspective leadership chasing 'the next big thing' rather than consolidating their position in the market. Unfortunately the customer see this and along with the employees are leaving in droves.

Work-At-Home option although work-life balance is challenging; good employee recognitiion for job well done. Sincere and supportive management. Good customers.

Cons

Overloaded with work. Not a good place if you are trying to balance work with raising a family. Long hours for many. You can only cut staff so far; Company visibility.
