Great Company, Great Vision, Stagnant market

Excellent people, management (mid level) and great compensation for work delivered (at target)

Cons

Lower base salary for manegerial positions than industry dictates (expected to make up for in performance).....growth could not sustain corporate vision and go to market strategy (inorganic- much done through acquisition) waining economy did not help matters.....Infused capital from large global software company out of Seattle (I'll let you guess)....emulated thier sales model and got away from many things that seemed to be working.

Engaging work, opportunity to advance career, casual, friendly environment

Cons

Stressful. Senior Management is clueless. Anything above Director-level management, account managers, project managers are all in a perpetual state of confusion, making decisions that defy logic and reasoning skills and ultimately make situations worse.
