Aspect, a good company to work for but the senior management should get their act together

- Good learning opportunities in a fast paced and dynamic company. - Great people working there. - Fairly competitive compensation packages, especially in the sales area.

Cons

- Long hours. - Senior Management are not very competent: there is no strategic direction or if there is it is not appropriately communicated to the employee base.

A well established world class organisation with a very strong portfolio of legacy products

Cons

The senior management style is akin to a dictatorship and comes with all the negative attributes associated with such a regime. Lower down the chain of command, the middle management have little respect for employees work/life balance. Promotions are very rare and nepotism is rife.

Rich with technologies. Great potential. Good company policies.

Cons

Technically very poor team. They are hiring people and taking them off. Manager hands over an assessment to the candidate with all wrong reasons of termination mentioned in it. Even if candidate tried to justify his/her side with official proofs, senior authorities will not even verify it and they will terminate the candidate.
