Pros

This company uses all the Microsoft latest softwares since Microsoft being alliance partner to Aspect. All the Aspect Products are implemented on Microsoft OS. You get good exposure on all Microsoft products.

Cons

Don't expect too much packages. Salaries are average when compared to market.

The company recently brought on some new executives product is very broad with tons of capability

Cons

Silo-ed approach in many things with a lot of reluctance to drive toward new offerings. a lot of work to be done by a small number of people management knows change is needed in some middle management areas but just dont take action.
