Aspen is a small company, and I had the ability to wear many hats and develop my skills in a variety of areas that I would not have been able to at a larger company where people stay within a more narrowly defined role. Aspen is very accommodating when it comes to flexible schedules, and as a parent I appreciated that greatly. They are like a family, and I made many great friends there. I only left because I was making a career change out of consulting.

I have had a rewarding career at Aspen. The management is very supportive of working parents who often require flexibility in their schedule. The company values its employees and encourages professional development and skill building that can add to the company's strengths. I have been with Aspen since 2002, and since that time have enjoyed the people that I work with, as well as the variety of project experience.
