Aspen Environmental Group reviews

Aspen provides a great work environment, including a truly team-spirited approach to all work products to provide the highest-quality to the clients. Benefits (vacation time, 401K, etc.) are fairly standard, but the intangible perks make for a less stressful, healthier work-life balance, such as flexible work schedules, and work-at-home opportunities (as needed, with supervisor approval). Projects over the years have all been interesting and varied greatly. Each client has different needs and expectations, which keeps the work challenging and interesting. While Aspen started as a small business it has grown into what I would consider a medium-sized company, which maintains the attitude of a small business treating its employees as “family”. The president and executive board have the best interests of the company and its employees in mind as they navigate the consulting cycles.

Pros: 1. Lots of chances to learn and improve, investment in improving employees. 2. Flexible schedules 3. Great company culture, top-down focus on excellence and team building 4. Interesting projects and clients
