Pros
I have been at Aspen for only a few years as of now, but my experience has been nothing short of amazing. What I love most is that they truly appreciate the talent of each individual employee and you will be rewarded for working hard and doing quality work. They also take great pride in their employees here at Aspen, often providing them with food and other goodies to celebrate special occasions, such as most sales, birthdays, holidays, and sometimes just to be nice! The environment is also very low stress, at least in Development, which makes weekends and off time far more relaxing knowing that you can just handle anything from work... well... at work! There is never any pressure to work overtime or come in on weekends, so it really is an awesome place to be! One last thing that I really admire: No matter your experience as a Software Developer, the leads and managers will always take time to listen to your design ideas and goals, and they will really weight the pros and cons of what you have to say. It is a great feeling to be heard and have your opinions and ideas factored into the design of a large scale enterprise application.
Cons
It wouldn't be fair to say that any company is without its cons, but Aspen is pretty dang close! I haven't found anything to complain about. I personally think that if you do, you should go work somewhere else for a bit and come back. I am sure your complaints will be resolved :)
