Very poor Work-life balance - day starts at 5:30am and continues till 10pm , not able to take vacation also. They make sure that you do work assigned for 3 people. They have very less staff and dont hire much.

toxic culture, command & control, cancel culture. the old timers will gang up on new hires and make their time there miserable just for their own entertainment. an unhappy bunch of people who will be there the rest of their lives because they can't survive anywhere else
