- Team and manager plays a huge role in shaping your experience at Aspen. Avoid some managers like plague. Sorry, can't name here - Really realy really really sucky salaries no matter what. HR turns cold shoulder when asked about this and shows some bogus surveys - There can be some overhead in R&D work - Very old-school management outlook. They say they want to improve, but I haven't seen any material changes so far
