I really like the people I work with and feel they are committed to helping their customers. Good and reasonably priced benefits.

Cons

The pay increases are laughable...no more than 2% a year...basically, each year I stay here, I am decreasing my pay versus inflation.

Cons

I encountered repeated instances of dishonesty in the workplace, including misinformation being shared internally and externally. When I raised my concerns through the appropriate channels, I was met with indifference. No action was taken, and it became clear that accountability is not a priority at AspenTech—especially when it comes to unethical behavior.
