Pros

Company has been around for 40+ years and it shows in how much experience many of the team members have. Lots of smart people here to learn from.

Cons

Growth goals seem unrealistic and therefore are rarely met, resulting in smaller than expected bonuses the last few years. Organizational changes are frequent. They are strict about in-person office attendance, even if most everyone you work with is remote.
