HR for APAC - not very helpful at times. At times seems like "please do not disturb me with such matters". If you ever disagreed with one of the HR staff and debated on an issues and asked alot of questions - be prepared for a "cold" and "biased" treatment. Tiger under a sheep skin if you know what I mean. Can provide verbal agreement/approval and later said not valid - so better asked for black & white. Also too quick in judging people. Do not help in addressing APAC employee concerns, problems as HR want to look good in front of HQ thus rather do not do anything. Only follow what HQ suggested and no own opinion - just a yes woman
