      Software is an industry standard

      Management team does not trust or enable their teams to make decisions and provide leadership from the ranks. Many good ideas and work is not completed as the employees dance to the management tune versus leveraging their talents.

      Pros

      The people are friendly and so far they have done a great job of onboarding. Kudos to the HR Team.

      Cons

      The downsides so far and the same that they would be in any new job. It just takes time to get used to a new place and new people... and a new commute.

      Exposure to good customer base in process manufacturing industry. Engineering solutions are leader in industry due to long history

      Cons

      No trust of employees. The worse internal business processes I've ever seen or hear about. Terrible treatment of personnel. They are losing talent incredibly fast and don't seem to care. Treat customers terribly
